“The Code is more what you’d call guidelines than actual rules.”
Inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean and set forth by Morgan and Bartholomew during the second meeting of the Brethren Court, the Pirate code is chronicled in the massive Pirata Codex, a ponderous tome of some thousand sheets of parchment, inscribed with the rules of the Pirate Brotherhood, written to ensure order, mutual benefit, and a code of conduct for behavior amongst unsavory brethren. Specific passages include procedures for marooning a man, rum-based recipes, the Right of Parley (as well as Rights of Parsnip and Parlay), the sharing of loot, and countless other precedents.
Lined with a microsuede interior, each Pirate’s Code tome is handcrafted to fit whatever buccaneering device you wield – Kindle Fire, Kindle Paperwhite, Kindle Touch, Kindle Voyage, Apple iPad, iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy, Google Nexus, Nook, Lenovo, or any of the thousand other devices used to navigate the high seas. Also available in sketchbook, diary, journal, and other paper forms, for those who prefer to fill their books with their own scribblings, scrawlings, and captain’s logs.
So take what you can, and give nothing back! Dead men tell no tales, and dead phones check no emails – shield your device from mortal danger with the protection of the Pirate’s Code.
(Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to draft your copy of the Pirate Code and send it on its way from Shipwreck Cove.)
